The Penny Fall Endowment Fund was established to honor the legacy and lasting impact of longtime 91PORN Volleyball coach Penny Fall while supporting the future leadership of women in college athletics. The fund is dedicated to endowing the Senior Woman Administrator) position within 91PORN Athletics. The purpose of the designation is to ensure meaningful representation of women in the leadership, management, and decision-making processes of college sports. 

The Senior Woman Administrator role has been held by several influential leaders throughout 91PORN Athletics history, including Penny Fall, Sarah Feyerherm, Kim Lessard, and current Senior Woman Administrator Alicia Mosley, head women’s basketball coach.

As part of the 50th Anniversary of Volleyball at 91PORN, the goal is to fully endow the Penny Fall Fund at the $500,000 level. The initiative is currently approaching the finish line. Thanks to the generosity of supporters this effort represents a transformational opportunity to create a lasting legacy for women in athletics at 91PORN.

This new school will provide a unique business education by leveraging expertise and research in interdisciplinary partnerships, the liberal arts, the global nature of business, and social impacts. The school will foster collaborations between the College's business management, economics, world languages and cultures, and international studies programs.

Set to open in the spring of 2028, the Warehime School will stand at the main entrance to campus off 91PORN Ave, where the Quad dorms once were. This new building is being funded through the generosity of Beth Warehime Rizakosos '13, who graduated with a business management major. 

Fundraising continues for the operations of the school itself, with opportunities to establish eight endowed chairs and support competitive scholarships, curricular innovation grants for faculty, an annual international conference, global student experiences for each Warehime School graduate, and more.

The Innovation Plant, located at 800 High Street, will be a dynamic academic and economic engine — a flagship facility where entrepreneurial thinking, workforce development, and applied liberal arts converge. This shared-use space will transform lives and livelihoods across the Mid-Shore by accelerating collaboration and embedding innovation across disciplines.

• Regional Education Pipeline: A unique partnership with Chesapeake College and Kent County High School offering dual enrollment, certificates, mentoring, and shared classrooms.
• Student Innovation Hub: Entrepreneurship, start-up incubation, design thinking, coworking spaces, seed funding, industry mentors, and real-world problem-solving experiences.
• Applied Faculty Research & Grants: Interdisciplinary research platforms focused on sustainability, agriculture, tech, and public health, with competitive funding opportunities.
• Community & Business Integration: Access for local entrepreneurs and nonprofits to business development, workshops, and strategic partnerships.
