It&amp;#39;s a fair insight and  while I think one could associate the characteristics of being a founder (ie - knowing what needs to be done could be related to the skillset of recognizing a business opportunity) my guess is that the bigger driver behind that observation is the psychological investment that founders have  in the business...simply put, the focus. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Which is, I think, a hopeful message. It means that &amp;#39;employees&amp;#39; can know what to do (we&amp;#39;ve definitely been blessed by some).
